Byron Hinterland Weddings at Peppers Coorabell Retreat

The Bride's Diary loves the sanctuary of tranquil rainforest in the Byron Hinterland on the northern coast of New South Wales, where Peppers Coorabell Retreat offers a secluded and intimate setting perfect for wedding celebrations.

In the lush, landscaped grounds of Peppers Coorabell Retreat there are a number of ceremony and reception locations to choose from. Tailor your ceremony to your personal style by choosing to exchange your vows alongside a dainty, trickling creek, or choose to hold your ceremony set against a backdrop of age-old trees. You can also have the best of both and hold your ceremony on an open air platform that overlooks both the creek and the surrounding rainforest.

For your reception you can choose to hold a formal sit down wedding in the beautifully appointed onsite restaurant, Wilson’s by the Creek, which features a high pitched roof and stunning panoramic hinterland views. If you prefer to have a cocktail style wedding in the midst of the grounds, a Marquee can be erected on the back lawn alongside Wilson Creek and looking back to the retreat.

Peppers Coorabell Retreat is perfect for intimate weddings. The retreat is able to accommodate 70 guests and will be booked for your exclusive use on the night of your wedding. Special accommodation packages can be arranged, taking advantage of the recently refurbished Rainforest and Hinterland View Suites including breakfast the following morning.
