When it comes to food, the professional catering team led by chef Brenda Wilson and husband Matthew & their team are renowned for innovation and flexibility. The Deck at Byron offer everything from appetising finger food to gourmet three course dinners, and Banquet menus. 

The Deck at Byron can cater for sit down receptions between 60 – 160 guests and cocktail receptions between 80 – 250 guests. They are also able to accommodate for larger weddings with the use of a marquee on the grassed area adjoining the deck.
